Ron Hemming – founder – is a mechanical engineer who has devoted his entire professional career (40+ years) to the field of maintenance. Prior to forming MTI, Ron was Corporate Maintenance Manager for Stauffer Chemical Company where his department was responsible for developing and implementing advanced maintenance systems and technologies at Stauffer’s manufacturing plants.

Nathan Hemming – Vice President – 16+ years with MTI developing new technologies and providing MTI’s services.

Brooks Hemming – Vice President – 14+ years with MTI developing new technologies and providing MTI’s services.

Joc Schubert – Senior Reliability Supervisor – Joc joined MTI in 1994 after serving 20 years in the Australian Air Force, several of which were directly related to maintenance performance.

Nick Bombard – Senior Reliability Engineer – Joined MTI after receiving a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCONN and has 10 years experience providing MTI’s services.

Reliability Engineers – Presently, in addition to the above, MTI employs 7 full-time field reliability engineers, all with a minimum of a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering. Each engineer is cross-trained in all of MTI’s PdM technologies and services.
